CEO/Key Employee Group Meetings

Bruce conducts a group for CEOs and a group for Key employees of a company.

Who:

These groups will be as much as possible a mix of people from different industries.

What:

To use other business people as resources. To present and receive coaching on business issues.

When:

The group will meet every two months.

Where:

The meeting will be hosted at the company of a member. This will rotate.

Why:

The purpose of the group is to support participants in being fulfilled and highly successful. We will take a business perspective on this and coach real business issues and concerns. Participants will openly communicate with each other. We will have the full resource of each other and will know each other’s complete views of our business and business decisions. This coaching is intended to be a fundamental part of how you are going to support yourself as a businessperson. It is our job to take these views seriously and to heart.
