Building a High Performance Team
This session will allow the group to explore ways they could better
work together. All that is needed for this session is a room large
enough for the group to move around freely (approximately 100 square
feet per person). We bring the rest! We will provide a facilitator
for every 15 people in your group, so you can be sure to receive
plenty of individual instruction. This program has been highly
successful with all of our clients since 1984, and is the foundation
that supports the rest of our programs.

DiSC INDRA Relationship Study
CMI offers teambuilding sessions that utilize and feature
personality profiles. DiSC Indra offers a new understanding of
relationship dynamics by applying the time-honored DiSC model to
interpersonal style. DiSC Indra's comprehensive feedback reports
provide insight on individuals, dyads (pairs), and groups. It is
ideal for: resolving conflict, improving communication and
understanding, developing leadership, coaching and managing others
and enhancing individual and team performance.

Cooking up Teamwork
Come and Get It!
This event will give the group an opportunity to prepare a 4 course,
gourmet meal designed by an executive chef, who will assist us
through the event. While the meal is being cooked, the participants
are excused to the dining room to discuss their team performance
with an experienced CMI Facilitator. As participants enjoy the
completed meal, the chef will give feedback on their cooking
performance and give them some take home tips. We have sites in
Chicago and its suburbs that can host this event.

Ready
Set
Perform!
Bring your group together for an event that will bring back the good
old days! Work as a team to design, build, and race a
remote-control race car on the brand new indoor racetrack in
suburban Illinois! This is a great event to address team performance
issues including budgeting, individual accountability, customer
service, and more.

Make a Difference
Days
Looking for a way to give back to the community and serve various
not-for-profit organizations? Looking for a way to inspire powerful
performance among your work groups? Let us design an event for your
company that will help you accomplish both of these objectives in an
educational, meaningful day. Whether its building a playground for
inner-city children, building furniture for under-privileged
families, or assisting with food and clothing drives, we can design
excellent team training around the event.
-
Scavenger and
Orienteering Event
We offer great scavenger hunt and orienteering events in many
different locations, including metropolitan Chicago. This event
allows your group to work together to find clues and scavenger items
using a compass and their newly developed pacing skills. It is great
to watch the celebration of our clients as they work together to
find all of the items that have been strategically hidden on the
orienteering course.
-
Team Kayaking
We can take you and your company out for a kayaking and orienteering
experience. Participants will be challenged to pilot a kayak to
specific stations on a lake using only a compass for direction. This
is perfect for a group that wants to experience bonding, group
dynamics training, and a lot of fun!

High-Ropes, Rock Climbing, and Ground Initiatives
We
have a site in which we can work with groups as large as 100 people
to inspire powerful performances. The site, located in Des Plaines,
has meeting rooms, an indoor high ropes course, 6 climbing walls,
and lots of room for our classic teambuilding initiatives.
Our sessions are built around business simulations that focus on
developing collaboration and teamwork that improve business
performance. These programs can be tailored to indoor or outdoor
venues. A visit to our web site at
www.cmiteamwork.com will give you further insight to our
capabilities. We recently did a session with a major corporation at
their annual sales meeting and received the following unsolicited
feedback from one of the participants.
I
want to add my thanks for the very insightful time spent with you and
your team. It is truly amazing how much can be learned and transferred
to the workplace from the small tasks that you took us through.
