| Bring your
group together for an event that will bring back the good
old days! Work as
a team to design, build, and race a remote-control race car
on the brand new indoor racetrack in suburban Illinois!
Your team will be broken into departments which will have
to work collaboratively to complete the challenges set for
them by the CMI Facilitators. Each department will have an
allocated budget which will add to the challenges presented. |
Each division will:

Discuss budget allocation and departmental strategy
-
Choose from 10 different engines ranging in speed, durability,
and cost
-
Choose from over 100 different body styles and color
combinations
-
Build their race car with the parts selected in the design
process
-
Race their vehicle on the Raceline indoor track to complete the
CMI challenge
This is a great event to address team
performance issues including budgeting, individual accountability,
customer service, meeting deadlines, performance in stressful
situations, and more.
